Terms of service

Doris is operated by HAARP AB, organization number 556805-1055. Doris is a tool that helps you analyze and improve how your website appears in AI and search engines.

The terms apply between you and HAARP AB when you use Doris. If you use Doris on behalf of an organization, you are responsible for having the right to accept the terms on its behalf.

To use Doris, you need an account. You are responsible for the information you provide being correct and for what happens through your account.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Contact us as soon as you suspect that someone unauthorized has gained access to your account.

You may use Doris to analyze websites that you own or have permission to work on.

You may not misuse the service, try to get around security or limits, or disrupt its operation. Nor may you resell Doris or offer it to others without a separate agreement with us.

Doris is a subscription that starts at SEK 199 per month per website. Payment is made through our payment provider, Stripe.

The subscription includes the first analysis for each website. If you want to run more analyses, you buy them one at a time; the price is always shown before you pay. A purchased analysis is valid for 30 days from the purchase.

The subscription renews on an ongoing basis until you cancel it. We may change prices and plans, but we will notify you a reasonable time before a change takes effect.

You can cancel your subscription whenever you want. You keep access until the end of the period, and we do not renew the subscription after that.

We may suspend or close an account if the terms are breached or if the service is misused.

Doris, its content and everything we produce belong to HAARP AB. You may use it within the scope of your subscription, but you may not copy or distribute it outside that scope.

What you put into Doris and the analyses you run are yours. You give us the right to process your data to the extent required to deliver and improve the service, as described in our privacy policy.

Doris gives you analysis and suggestions, but we cannot promise a particular result, such as a particular ranking or visibility. How a website appears is determined by many factors outside our control.

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, HAARP AB is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits resulting from the use of Doris.

We may update the terms, for example as the service develops. If we make material changes, we will notify you. If you continue to use Doris after a change has taken effect, you accept the new terms.

Swedish law applies to the terms. Disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement are heard by a Swedish court.
